Sept 9th - The Future Food Expo returns to Brooklyn during Taste Talks this year! We're back celebrating what's next in food through a day-long showcase. As America’s hottest test kitchen, Brooklyn has become an international epicenter of the food movement. This event, the only one of its kind, is an exhibition that showcases the future of food products, companies, media and innovators from right here in Brooklyn and around the world!


New York Times - Facebook Live

Sept. 8th - Brooklyn bugs was invited to share our food and experience with the new york times in a forty minute live broadcast featuring ten edible insect dishes.

Brooklyn Bugs Festival

Friday, Sept 1st at Kinfolk 94:  featured speakers, industry leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, visionaries, and chefs!  All edible insect meals provided by our generous sponsors.  

Saturday, Sept 2nd at TBD Brooklyn:  featured an outdoor market, children’s programming, the Entomophatron, interactive photobooth and a lot more.  

Saturday, Sept 2nd at Brooklyn Kitchen:  Bug Banquet with host David George Gordon, and ten course tasting menu featuring edible insects by Dinner Echo
