What a great joy to be hosting Spring Metamorphosis: A Thirteen Course Tasting with our friends at Lightning Lofts in Brooklyn! I’m so excited to share new dishes I’ve been developing, and in all honesty, there will most likely be seventeen dishes as I’m having difficulty in narrowing the menu down to just thirteen items.
Everything served will be vegetarian based, with the addition of edible insects ranging from crickets to ants to cicadas to mealworms - thoughtfully and deliciously incorporated into each dish. We will announce the full menu next week, but trust that there’ll be plenty of scrumptious savory dishes, and delectable desserts.
